FridayBerlin is a great place to spend your holidays without spending much on the accommodation as it is a cheap option both for sinlge traveller and group of friends or family of 4
There are discounts for the longer stays- just ask!
Cleaning fee 70 euros is added on top to each stay, as well as City Tax.
All other expenses are included, no hidden additional fees.
There are special periods prices in the New Years Eve, Christmas, Berlinale, Easter, Marathon etc.
Terms and conditions:
Check in time: from 3pm without limits
Check out time: before 11am
Minimum stay: depends on the season from 1-3 days
Payment of the rent amount: upfront by bank transfer
City Tax: 5% of the net rental amount
Deposit: 150 euros
Keys delivery: access code by email

Pets not accepted; non smoking.
Early check in and late check out are subjected to availability.
There are NO basics in the kitchen provided (spices, oil, coffee or botteled water) but first espresso yes. Also shampoo and soap.
